Dr. Elana Roseth

GENERAL PRACTITIONER
(MBBS Hons, FRACGP)

Dr Elana Roseth graduated from Uni of NSW in 1991. She gained experience for a few years in hospitals and overseas and has worked in the Northern Beaches all her general practice life.

Dr Roseth loves all aspects of general practice and the special relationships that develop when looking after people and families for many years. She has a particular interest in women’s health, adolescent health and mental health.

In addition to working in general practice, she works at Headspace (a service for youth mental health) and Bear Cottage (a paediatric palliative and respite care hospice), facilitates and teaches the GPs in Schools program, is an assessor for the Medical Council of NSW, is a GP liaison for the Northern Beaches Hospital and supervises medical students during their GP rotations.

When not working, her favourite activity is back packing on multi-day hikes, but when there’s not enough time for this, she is also a mad-keen knitter, loves ocean swimming (especially the Bold and the Beautiful), jogging, dabbling in craft and hanging out with family and friends.

Works all Monday, Thursday afternoon and Friday mornings
