All patients with any respiratory systems are required to have a PCR or RAT test with a negative result within 48 hours of their appointment before being able to be seen by a Doctor. It is possible to arrange a paid Telehealth appointment whilst awaiting a PCR result.
Script Repeats - If you have attended the Practice within the previous 6 months the prescribing Doctor may be able to renew your script without having to have a face to face consult. A fee of $20 will be charged and this will usually be arranged within 48 hours.
Referrals - All referrals require a face to face consultation.

After Hours Care
For urgent medical attention outside of our normal surgery hours, we use the National Home Doctors Service.
They provide a bulk billed home visit service for urgent out-of-hours visits and will provide us with updated information about your medical care.
